These terms and conditions govern the “Lusso Getaway Giveaway Draw” competition organised by Lusso Travel Limited (“the Promoter”). This Free competition is open to all eligible travel agents who place a qualifying booking with Lusso Travel Ltd between 6th January and 28th February 2025 (“the Entrants”).
The Promoter reserves the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the competition (including altering prizes) if, in our sole discretion, this competition is not capable (for whatever reason) of being conducted, as specified. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value if circumstances beyond their control make this unavoidable.
Entrants who meet the eligibility criteria will automatically be entered into a random prize draw, where 16 winners will each receive an educational holiday for two people to one of 16 Grand Prizes. Winners of each prize will be subject to the associated underlying terms and conditions of the prize upon acceptance, blackout dates to prize stays will apply.

By entering the promotion entrants accept these terms and conditions together with any specific instructions and terms for such promotion which may be mentioned in any electronic messages, or on the website, or communicated to entrants in any other way. Entrants also agree that their details may be used for publicity purposes.

Free Prize Draw Entry Eligibility and TermsThis promotion is open only to UK-based travel agents who hold an active agency agreement with Lusso Travel Ltd and referred to hereafter as (Travel Agent).
All Entrants must be aged 18 or over, have permission of their employer to enter and make a Qualifying Booking.
All travel agent bookings made between 12:01 am on the 6th January and 11:59 pm on the 28th February 2025 (Qualifying Bookings) will receive an automatic entry into the Grand Prize Draw. All travel agent bookings made between 6th January and 28th February 2025 will additionally receive one automatic scratch and reveal Spot Prize. A link will be sent within 24 hours of the booking being made.
Winners SelectionThe Grand Prize Draw will be drawn live using 3rd Party Random Selection Technology and drawn live on the 11th March 2025. The winner will be contacted by the 12th March 2025 and will have 10 days to accept the prize. If the winner does not accept the prize within 10 days of contact or is unable to take up the prize, a new winner will be selected.
Grand Prizes are limited to one per Entrant.
The Weekly Prize Draw will be drawn live using 3rd Party Random Selection Technology and drawn live on the first Monday following the weekly closing date / time above. The winner will be contacted within 24 hours and will have 10 days to accept the prize. If the winner does not accept the prize within 10 days of contact or is unable to take up the prize, a new winner will be selected.
The Promoter reserves the right to refuse a prize if the booking is cancelled prior to the prize despatch.
There are no cash alternatives to the prizes in whole or in part. All prizes are not negotiable in full or in part and are not transferable. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are unable able to use your prize during the period of its validity.
The Promoter reserves the right to exclude entrants for any breach of these terms and conditions. The Promoters decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered in to.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the Promoters reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the prize draw competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
Winners TermsWinners of each prize will be subject to the associated underlying terms and conditions of the prize upon acceptance, blackout dates to prize stays will apply.
Any costs incurred from changes post booking, such as a name change or other amends, are the winner’s responsibility to pay.
The winner is responsible for all other costs associated with accepting a prize. Unless otherwise stated prizes do not include any applicable taxes, flights, travel insurance, passport or visa costs, meals/beverages, ground transportation, excursions or transfers, personal spending money or any other costs of a personal nature not stated, all of which are the sole responsibility of the winner.
